加州大学戴维斯分校（UCD）“3+X”项目

一、入学要求

1．三年平均GPA高于3.25（以最高GPA4.0计算）；

2．已修读的课程中，没有不合格成绩；

3．国际英语成绩，雅思7.0及以上，托福80分及以上；

4．必须提交GRE成绩。

二、申请提交材料

1. 网上注册申请（网址：
http://gradstudies.ucdavis.edu/prospective/applicationlanding.html。点击online admissions application system 进行个人信息注册申请程序）,有关推荐人原则上应为对本人比较了解的辅导员或班主任及专业授课教师；网申截止日期以研究生申请日期为准；

2. 网申缴费$100元；

3. 大学成绩单（中英文各一个份）；

4. 课程英文描述；

5. 个人陈述；

6. 银行存款证明。

The people submitting reference letters on your behalf must send their letters to our admissions office electronically through our application system. You must input the names and contact information for each provider. Please read the instructions below for additional information. 

Recommendation Provider List 

A recommendation provider is an individual who will complete and submit a recommendation form on your behalf. 

IMPORTANT NOTES - READ BEFORE STARTING YOUR RECOMMENDATION PROVIDER LIST: 

Education credential applicants and deferred students applying for fellowships *should not* add recommendation providers to their application. 

New applicants to Clinical Research or International Commercial Law are required to provide two letters of recommendation. 

All other applicants, including continuing students applying for fellowships, are required to provide three letters of recommendation. 

This letter of recommendation system is not compatible with automated letter of recommendation services (e.g. Interfolio). Recommendation requests must be addressed to the recommendation provider's direct email address. 

How the online recommendation process works: 

Click the "Recommendation Provider List" button above. 

Insert the name and contact information of each recommendation provider. The contact information must include your recommendation provider's direct e-mail address. 

Once the recommendation provider information is saved, an email will be sent to the online recommendation provider with an access code and instructions on how to proceed with the online recommendation. The access code is valid for 60 days. 

When the recommendation provider submits the form to our office it will become a part of your application. 

Additional Information

You can view the status of your online recommendations each time you log into your application account. 

If you would like to send a reminder to a recommendation provider, check the box next to his/her name and click on the "resend" button. This will automatically generate a reminder email to the recommendation provider.
